Terms and Conditions

I hope that you will not need to cancel your appointment.  I do my best to meet your scheduling needs and request that you adhere to our cancellation policy.  Unless otherwise stated, I require 24 hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling appointments.  Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame will result in a charge of 50% of the total amount for the scheduled total.   Upon the 3rd instance of a late cancellation or “no show” you will be required to pre-pay for appointments, or you may gladly go to a walk in basis.

Shay’s Peaceful Escape is veteran owned Spa and Beauty offering facials, Dermaplane, micro needling, microdermabrasion, full body waxing, eyelash extensions, lash lifts and more. My business operates primarily a “by appointment” business, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact to my business . If it is your first time seeing me, please arrive 10 minutes prior so I can do a skin consultation.  

Late Arrival for Appointment

If you are late for an appointment, your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full.


Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere.

As a spa guest, it is your responsibility to:

  • Communicate complete and accurate health information and reasons for your visit.
  • Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.
  • Use products, equipment and therapies as directed.
  • Adhere to the spa’s published policies and procedures.

As a spa guest, you have the right to:

  • A clean, safe and comfortable environment.
  • Stop a treatment at any time, for any reason.
  • Be treated with consideration, dignity and respect.
  • Confidential treatment of your disclosed health information.
  • Trained staff who respectfully conduct treatments according to treatment protocols and the spa’s policies and procedures.
  • Ask questions about your spa experience.
  • Information regarding staff training, licensing and certification.
